Wilbert speaks on various topics pertaining to criminals, the world of prison, re-entry, criminal justice reform, journalism and censorship.  He also addresses issues that specifically relate to criminal defense, such as understanding the capital client, problematic defendants, difficulties in attorney/client relations, mental illness behind bars, solitary confinement, indigent defense, effective assistance of counsel,  and the death penalty.
